I find joy in supporting clients as they heal, and I love the beauty of analytic work that allows for developing understanding, self-awareness, and transformative change. I believe wholeheartedly in a holistic approach to healing and prioritize the importance of the connection between one’s mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

I work with adults and adolescents, assisting them in developing coping skills for issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, trauma, grief, eating disorders, body image and relationship issues.

I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and hold Gottman Level One and Level Two certifications. I also utilize CBT, REBT, Psychodynamic and Interpersonal Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy and mindfulness approaches in my work with clients. Counseling is an individualized, unique, and personalized process based on the needs of the individual

My office is located in the Palencia area of Saint Augustine, FL. I serve clients from Nocatee, St Johns County, and metro Jacksonville
